Vinyl floor production process 1: Mixing

Vinyl flooring production process 2: Extrusion
During the production process, the raw materials are first added to the twin-screw extruder and initially formed by heating and extrusion. Subsequently, these pre-processed materials enter the sheet die for extrusion molding to obtain the desired sheet shape. The formed sheet is then processed by a four-roll calender to ensure that the thickness of the substrate is uniform. Next, the color film is attached to the surface of the substrate to give the product the desired aesthetic effect. Next, in order to improve the wear resistance of the product, a wear-resistant layer is attached to the surface of the color film. After these steps, the material will enter the cooling stage to stabilize its structure and performance. Finally, the cooled material is cut to obtain the final product size.

During the surface UV treatment process, after ultraviolet irradiation, the workpiece needs to be tempered. During the tempering process, the workpiece will be placed in hot water for heating, and the temperature range of the hot water is controlled between 80 and 120 degrees Celsius. This temperature range can effectively relax the stress inside the workpiece while avoiding excessive degradation of material properties. After heating, the workpiece will be quickly transferred to cold water for cooling, and the temperature of the cold water is generally maintained at around 10 degrees Celsius. The quenching effect of cold water helps to further stabilize the microstructure of the workpiece and ensure that it has good dimensional stability and deformation resistance. Through this series of tempering treatments, the surface UV treatment effect of the workpiece will be further consolidated and improved.

First, the slitting process is carried out to cut the raw materials into the predetermined size and shape. Next, the slotting operation is carried out to form the required channels on the material through precise mechanical processing. Then the trimming process is carried out to remove burrs and uneven parts on the edges of the material to ensure the appearance of the product is neat and beautiful. Then the chamfering process is carried out to make the edges of the material smooth to avoid scratches or accidental injuries during use. After completing the above processing steps, it enters the inspection stage, and strict quality inspection is carried out to ensure that each product meets the standard requirements.
